You've seen the playbook — Lambos, screenshot P&Ls, "join my Discord for $99/month." That's not investing. That's entertainment with a credit card form attached.
Stock Sharks Research is the room we always wanted to be in. People who actually read 10-Ks. Who can sit with a thesis for 18 months. Who would rather study fewer companies deeply than chase hundreds of surface-level opinions every week.
Just research, conversation, and a great community to network with. Along with the occasional hard conversation about a thesis that isn't working anymore. Educational. Honest. Quiet.
What's inside
13F deconstructions, thesis breakdowns, and risk maps — created for educational discussion and independent research.
A members-only community of serious investors — founders, operators, family offices, full-time investors. The conversations and connections you can't find on Twitter or Reddit. What happens between members is between members.
Deep research on emerging public-market opportunities. S-1 breakdowns within days of filing, sponsor track records, lock-up calendars, insider activity, and emerging situations most retail investors don't have time to track. Educational research only — we publish, you decide what to do with it.
Live monthly sessions with Sheraz and JR. Screen-share filings, walk through research ideas, discuss thesis quality in real time. Always educational, always recorded, always sent to every member after.
Over 120 lessons along with our advanced education portal. Frameworks for filings, valuation context, risk thinking, and cutting through media noise.
In Real Life events for members. Built for the long game and real relationships — not shoutouts.
From the room
Most "premium" investing groups are recycled YouTube. This is the opposite — Sheraz and Jr publish the kind of work I'd do myself if I had three more hours a day.
I came in skeptical. Stayed because the room is full of people who actually do the homework. The level of conversation is something you can't find on Discord.
The 13F teardowns alone are worth the membership. They've changed how I read every filing — I notice things now I would have scrolled past a year ago.
I've been in three other "premium" groups before this. All of them were screenshot circuses. Stock Sharks is the first one that respects that members can think for themselves.
What I didn't expect: the calls turn into real discussions. Sheraz and Jr push back when a thesis is thin. That alone has saved me from two bad positions this year.
I run my own fund and I still find ideas here I would have missed. The pre-IPO and special situations coverage is the part I check first every week.
No hype. No "10x this quarter" garbage. Just the kind of work I'd do myself if I had the time. That's why I renewed without thinking about it.
Honest sorting
About
Sheraz Ali & Jr Alexander · Co-founders
We run Stock Sharks together. We read filings, break down companies, and try to make sense of markets the way we wish someone had explained them to us. Premium is the room where we take it deeper — with longer-form research, structured discussion, and people who care about the work.
Everything we publish is educational. We don't tell anyone what to buy. We share what we're researching, why, and what we'd be wrong about.
